Clean, reliable water points for Maasai communities.
The problem
Women and girls walk for hours each day to collect water that is often unsafe. Time spent walking is time not spent in school or earning.
What we do about it
Boreholes and gravity-fed points are sited with the community, fitted with a maintenance fund and a trained local committee, so the point still works in year five.
